We are a church for people of all ages and backgrounds who want to know God and learn the best way to live in his world.
We believe that Jesus Christ brings renewal, hope and new life to everyone who trusts him. And so we want to know him better ourselves, and also to help as many other people as possible come to know and trust him.
As an Anglican church, we are part of a network of churches across Sydney and the world, which connects us to lots of resources and support that we can’t supply on our own.
But as a local church, we are committed to the people who live here, to serve and support them as best we can.
What We Believe
We believe that Jesus Christ is the most amazing person who ever lived – in fact, that he is God’s own Son, who became a human being to bring us back to God, and who is real and alive today as this world’s true ruler.
We believe that we can know God through knowing Jesus, and that we can know Jesus through God’s written message about him, which is the Bible.
We also believe that knowing God is pointless if we don’t also want to live his way. And so we seek to obey his word and to love and serve all people as we are able.
We support the following people and organisations as they seek to spread the hope and the love of Jesus.
Nick & Kysha Davies (CMS). Nick & Kysha are missionary partners with the Church Missionary Society (CMS). They are based in Lima, Peru, where they work to help Christian pastors and leaders across South America to learn how to teach the Bible better.
George & Carmel Ferguson (BCA). George & Carmel are partners with the Bush Church Aid Society (BCA), which supports ministers and churches in rural and regional Australia. George leads the Anglican church in Walgett and Collarenebri in northern NSW.
Anglicare. Anglicare is the social welfare arm of the Anglican diocese of Sydney, providing services, support and care to people in need across Sydney, and sharing the love of Jesus in word and in action.
